MEXICAN LIME

The Mexican Lime is also known as the Key Lime. It’s a small variety of lime that is generally picked when it’s green, but becomes yellow when it’s left to ripen.

NAGAMI KUMQUAT

The Nagami Kumquat is the popular kumquat variety in the United States. If you’re not familiar, kumquat fruit is the size of an olive, and can be eaten without peeling. The Nagami Kumquat produces fruit year round.

PERSIAN LIME

The Persian Lime is a seedless variety. It’s a cross between a key lime and a lemon. It’s the most popular lime that is grown commercially.
