UGA Pink Frost Grapefruit

UGA Pink Frost® Grapefruit

Probably the most cold tolerant grapefruit you can find. It has a pinky red flesh and begins to mature in November. It's been called the grapefruit for people who don't even like grapefruit.   Developed in Tifton, GA by Dr. Wayne Hanna to specifically be cold hardy in our area.

Note: The University of Georgia Research Foundation granted the exclusive rights of propagation to 1 DOG Ventures, LLC. Unauthorized propagation of these cultivars are prohibited by law. This variety carries a royalty payable to the University of Georgia Research Foundation

Trees are shipped in an 80 biodegradable Ellepot. The Ellepot system promotes faster and healthier rooting with completely airpruned roots and zero plastic waste. Great for the plant and for the environment too!

We do not accept returns, but if you are unhappy with your purchase, please let us know ASAP, so we can address the issue.

Our shipping days are Monday and Tuesday to limit the likelihood that your trees are caught in transit over the weekend, so the order cut off will be 8 AM on Monday. We are not able to ship citrus trees to AL, AZ, CA, FL, HI, FL, LA, or TX in compliance with USDA regulations. You will automatically receive an email with tracking information when your order ships.

If your order includes a pre-order item, we will hold the shipment until that item is ready.
