Originated from a Chinese cultivar, this variety is a Changsha tangerine that produces small fruit. It’s sweet, seedless, easy to peel, and our most cold-tolerant variety. It came through the Christmas 2022 freeze event with flying colors. Its season of ripeness starts in November. Developed in Tifton, GA by Dr. Wayne Hanna to specifically be cold hardy in our area.
